Returns

• Initial Waiting Period:
  Please note that you cannot return the product until 14 days after receiving it. This period allows the furniture to expand and fluff out of the box. After this initial 14 day period, you have an additional 14 days to initiate a return.
• Original Packaging Requirement:
  Customers must return the product in its original packaging. We will not accept returns without the original boxes.
• Return Shipping Fees:
• A return shipping fee equal to 10% of the product's purchase price will apply when using the original packaging. Additional fees may apply for returns that require special pick-up services.
• Condition of Returned Items:
  Products must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for return. This means no stains, tears, damages, or apparent signs of use, including but not limited to smells.
  The acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of Everyone Furniture, based on our judgment of the product's condition.

Inspection and Refund Process:

• Once your returned product is received, we will inspect it to determine if it is in "like new" condition.
• If the product meets our return criteria, we will credit your original payment method, minus any applicable return fees.

Defective or Damaged Orders:

• Our products are covered by a one-year warranty for defects or damage.
• If an item arrives defective or damaged, please inform us immediately upon receipt.
• We will resolve the issue, either by replacing the defective parts or providing a replacement item.
