One Year Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

By purchasing Everyone Furniture (the "Company") products, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this limited warranty:

Coverage:

• Frame Integrity: The structural integrity of the couch frame, including but not limited to cracks, breaks, or warping, is covered under this warranty.
• Spring System: The spring system within the couch, including sinuous springs or coil springs, is warranted against defects that result in loss of support or functionality.
• Upholstery Fabric: Manufacturing defects such as tears, rips, or unraveling of upholstery fabric are included in the warranty.
• Mechanical Components: Any mechanical components integral to the functionality of the couch, such as the metal connectors are covered against defects.
• Sewing and Stitching: Defects in sewing or stitching that compromise the structural integrity or aesthetics of the couch are included.
• Assembly: Any defects resulting from the assembly process, including improper alignment of parts or missing hardware, are covered.
• Manufacturer's Defects: Any other manufacturing defects not explicitly mentioned but which affect the function, durability, or appearance of the couch are included in this warranty.

Warranty Void if:

This warranty shall be void if:

• The furniture is subjected to non-residential use (i.e., rental or commercial use).
• Damage or wear and tear results from misuse, or if the buyer has allowed the damaged furniture to deteriorate before informing Everyone Furniture of the situation.
• The buyer intentionally modifies the furniture.
• Damage occurs during transport by the buyer (after pickup).
• Fabrics are inadequately treated or show signs of discolouration due to excess sun exposure.
• Damages are caused by dirt accumulation, animals (hair, claws, scratches), inadequate humidity levels in the room, or any liquid.
• The furniture shows any stains.

Claim Procedure:

Buyers must provide clear photo evidence of the defect when submitting a claim. Upon verification of the claim, the defective manufactured piece will be sent and replaced.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Reimbursement of any fabric treatment.
• Discolouration on headrests or stains caused by garment dye transfer.
• Component density or shape and upholstery variations.
• Damage directly or indirectly caused by fabric defects.
• Pilling.
• Loss of product or loss of income, salary, or time caused by delays resulting from a damaged product, discontinuity of parts, or any other difficulty related to the repairing process.

Duration:

The Company guarantees these components and mechanisms to be free from manufacturing defects and will cover parts and labor costs necessary to fix or replace the defective parts during the first year following the delivery date, provided the furniture belongs to the first buyer.

This limited warranty is designed to protect consumers against manufacturing defects and ensure their satisfaction with Everyone Furniture products. It is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and may not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
